The new recommendation lowers the eligibility requirement for the LAP-BAND® System to include candidates with a BMI of 30 to 35, as long as they have at least one comorbidity linked to obesity. Our team at Texas Laparoscopic Consultants will be happy to talk about these new changes with you.
