Filipino woman Fern took to TikTok to share the disturbing video and said it wasn’t the first time the man, who was a gym instructor, had touched her up at her local Supreme Fitness Gym.

This time around, she hid a camera and lay in wait.
The entire incident was caught on camera.
Her video shows herself lifting weights, causing her bottom to stick out as she lowers the dumbbell.
The man walks past, pauses, then decides to commit the indecent assault.
He places his palm flat on her butt and almost appears to squeeze a little, before he keeps walking like nothing happened.
Fern posted the video to TikTok, where it soon went viral, accruing 3.6 million views since it was posted five days ago.
“This dumb*** touches my booty, he didn’t know that I’m filming,” Fern captioned the video.
“Caught in 4k,” she added.
“Please idk what to do, he’s always doing this.”
In a follow-up video, Fern said the man had been continually harassing her and touching her on the bottom.
“Everyone is asking me ‘why you wait such a long time if you’re in that situation’,” she said tearfully.
“I’ve been harassed before from him. This is the fourth time.”
In another follow-up video, Fern shared the message she received from the gym after her continued complaints.
The man had been terminated.
“It has been found that Mr (name redacted) violated the rules of the management,” the message the gym sent her read.
“Why can’t people just keep their hands and eyes to themselves? Oh my god it’s not that hard,” one person commented on her video.
“I’m so sorry this happening to you,” added another.
“You have literal evidence, go to the police,” said a third.
Others suggested Fern had staged the video.
This caused one person to say; “Men: Why don’t you have proof? Men: Of course he was looking, you were filming, nothing happened. Men: It’s staged, this doesn’t happen”.
Earlier this year, a woman went viral on TikTok for catching out a man’s creepy behaviour in the mirror, where he tried to get sneaky snaps of him while her back was turned.
A month later, a US woman filmed her confrontation with a man at her gym, who had photos of her on his phone.
