And Rebel Wilson continued to proudly flaunt her 20kg weight loss in a stylish black swimsuit for a post shared to Instagram on Sunday.

Dedicated to her new healthy lifestyle, the 40-year-old went on to hit the gym with her handsome beau, Jacob Busch, 29.

Looking sensational for her day out in the sun, Rebel showed off her slimmed-down statistics in a frilly plunging black one-piece.

She drew emphasis to her trim waist by trying her colourful printed kaftan and opted to go make-up free.

On her Instagram Stories, Rebel took to the skies with her boyfriend, Jacob.

Upon landing the couple made their way to a gym, where the Pitch Perfect star shared a snap of Jacob lifting weights.

‘I told you we exercise together,’ Rebel added a caption, which was in reference to a cheeky post she had shared several days earlier.

On Tuesday, Rebel shared a cosy throwback photo of the couple which was taken during their trip to Monaco last month.

In her caption, she cheekily wrote: We do a lot of exercise together’.

The pair’s 11-year age gap shouldn’t be a problem for Jacob, who previously dated Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof, 59.

Rebel’s ‘year of health’ has seen her lose more than 20 kilograms.

On Sunday, she let her Instagram followers know she was only three kilograms away from her goal weight of 75kg (11.8st or 165lbs).

She shared her exact weight after finishing a morning hike in Los Angeles.

Kicking goals: On Sunday, Rebel let her Instagram followers know she was only 3kg away from her goal weight of 75 kilograms (11.8st or 165lbs). She also shared these throwback snaps of herself in a pink gown while standing on the balcony of her hotel suite in Monaco

‘Happy Sunday everyone! Gearing up for a great week ahead,’ she began.

‘This week was super busy but I got up super early three times (6am) and went on a hike… even did a couple of 100m sprints to get the heart rate even higher – although my ‘sprint’ is probably someone else’s ‘slow jog’.

‘But I felt proud of myself and [am] now only 3kg away from my goal weight!’

Given that Rebel’s goal weight is 75kg, this means her current weight as of Sunday is 78kg (12.4st or 172lbs).

According to People magazine, Rebel’s weight loss transformation is partially down to following the Mayr Method diet plan.

‘It’s an approach that eliminates food intolerances, reduces sugar, encourages eating whole foods slowly, boosts the immune system and reduces inflammation,’ a source said.

As for exercise, during a typical week, Rebel does a combination of HIIT workouts, mobility, weights and resistance, and has just one day per week of rest.
