The 39-year-old star previously branded 2020 “the year of health”, and it looks as though she is taking her mantra incredibly seriously.

The Australian actress’ personal trainer, Jono Castano, proudly shared a video of Rebel undergoing CrossFit training – clearly working incredibly hard in the gym.

He also posted a snap of the star, which showed off the full extent of her shrinking figure.

In the picture, Rebel and Jono are standing back to back with their arms folded, both wearing gym gear.

Rebel is fresh-faced and make-up free, with her short blonde hair messy and loose around her shoulders.

Dressed in leggings, trainers, and a Nike workout top, the impact of the star’s strict workouts are visible to all.

Jono captioned the post: “Friday vibes but @rebelwilson has been putting in the yards 7 days a week!

“Proud of you gurl”.

Speaking on Instagram at the start of the month, Rebel shared her fitness plans for the future.

She explained: “I put on the athleisure and went out for a walk.

“Deliberately hydrating on the couch right now and trying to avoid the sugar and junk food which is going to be hard after the holidays I’ve just had but I’m going to do it!”

In 2015, Rebel confessed that food is her “one vice” that she will never want to “give up” entirely.

She also detailed how she would use junk food as a reward, telling Cosmopolitan: “I love me some ice cream or dessert, and it comes at times when I’m happy or sad.

“So when I have an incredibly successful day, I want to celebrate and reward myself with food.

“If I’ve had a sad or stressful day, food is also comfort. You would probably describe it as emotional or stress-eating.”
