Another asked: “I would like to lose weight myself, got a tip for me?”
Even Catherine Tyldesley couldn’t resist complimenting the star, with the former Coronation Street actress writing: “You look amazing babe.”
Amongst the many compliments, plenty of Josie’s followers also called for the presenter to be a more regular feature on ITV show This Morning.
The star frequent appears on the morning programme, even stepping in for host Holly Willoughby last month when the 40-year-old was hit with illness.
Josie joined Phillip Schofield on the sofa for a few days in November as bed-ridden Holly stayed home to get over her tummy bug.
The bubbly blonde was a hit with viewers at home, with many calling for her to be a permanent fixture on their screens.
On Tuesday, Josie’s Instagram fans reiterated the pleas for her to become a full-time This Morning presenter.
“Would love you to have a regular presenting slot on This Morning . You were great a breath of fresh air, so genuine Josie,” one follower commented underneath the star’s advert.
Another agreed, adding: ” I wish you were back on This Morning presenting. You were great, a breath of fresh air.”
After her stint filling in for Holly on the ITV show, Josie reflected on a “surreal” week and apologised for any mistakes she made while presenting the live broadcast.
“Three days of presenting one of the biggest daytime TV shows of all time,” the star wrote on social media in November.
“I’ve got to give it up for this hero [Phillip] you have been my rock this week. Not only have you presented the show but you’ve had to teach me along the way.
“Sorry for all the slip-ups, you and Holly [Willoughby] and all the other presenters make it look effortlessly easy.
She added: “You have made me laugh so much especially in the make-up room. Thank you for being there for me, thank you for being so gentle, warm and kind and thank you for being so bloody hilarious!”
